This healthy raspberry smoothie is super simple to make and is the perfect way to get more vitamins in your diet first thing in the morning. The best thing? There are so many yummy little extras you can add to make it even tastier. Naughty but nice is what we like around here…
You will need:
Optional extras we love:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 8 strawberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1tbsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 heaped tsp almond/peanut butter
- Lindt 90% cacao chocolate
Blitz all ingredients together in a blender. It’s as simple as that! We recommend using a mixture of fresh and frozen fruit just to keep your smoothie cool (we prefer it to just adding ice).If adding the chia seeds, soak them in some water before preparing all other ingredients, and add those last. Now all that’s let to do is pop it in a cute glass with an even cuter straw!
