How to Use
- Remove the microwaveable insert from the knitted/fabric cover before heating.

Do not microwave the outer cover.
- Place ½ cup of water in the microwave while heating to help maintain moisture.
- Make sure the microwave turntable is clean, grease-free, and can rotate freely.
- Place the insert on a non-metallic plate, ensuring the filling is evenly spread.
- Heat according to the recommended microwave instructions.
- After heating, allow the insert to stand for 30 seconds before use.
- Return the insert to the cover and fasten the Velcro securely before cuddling up.
- If the insert overheats, let it cool completely and inspect it carefully before using again.
- Do not use if the insert or seams show any signs of damage.
