We-know-you-know-we-know just how difficult you can find it to get out of bed in the mornings. We used to have this trouble every.single.morning (sometimes to the point we actually shed tears because we weren't sure how we were going to face the day), so believe us when we say we know how you feel and can appreciate how much of a 'hmph' moment it can be. Turns out, we've started to learn some little tips that make us (dare we say it) not actually want to hit/tap snooze. Up and at em' as they say...

GET CLEAN. Showers immediately wake us up and give us that bright eyed and bushy tailed kinda thing going on.

A CUP OF THE GOOD STUFF. Here at Bomb HQ there's two types of people; those who NEED a cup of tea to get them perked and ready for the day, and those who NEED a cup of coffee to get them perked and ready for the day. There is no in-between.

HAVE A HEALTHY, YUMMY BREAKFAST PLANNED. We've gotten in to the habit of having a smoothie every single morning jam-packed full of as much fruit as we can fit in to our blender. We also love porridge topped with a drizzle of honey or leftover fruit!

GET ORGANISED THE NIGHT BEFORE. Add a little organising session to your bedtime routine. Plan out the clothes you want to wear, make your lunch, have your bag packed and the all important one - create a to-do list! Make everything as easy as possible for your bleary eyes come morning!

SCENT IT UP. One whiff of an uplifting scent is all we need to get our brains awake.
